Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies ONLY to orders placed on the moodytiger Hong Kong official online store (moodytiger.hk). Items purchased from physical retail stores or third-party platforms are not eligible for this online return process. Please contact the original point of purchase for assistance.

  1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Clearance items discounted by 50% or more.
  • Undergarments (panties), socks, and any altered merchandise.
  • Items with visible signs of wear, washing, or missing original tags/packaging.

  1. Shipping Costs
Returns for Refund: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Hong Kong office.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our Hong Kong office. moodytiger will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you (limited to one time).

How to Return

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Please visit our [Returns & Exchanges] (Link to the new form page) to submit your application.

Step 2: Pack and Mail
Ensure items are in original condition. Include a note with your Order Number inside the package. Send to:

Step 3: Update Tracking
Once shipped, please reply to our confirmation email or contact hello.hk@moodytiger.com with your tracking number. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
