Standard Shipping Fee:
A shipping fee of $50HKD will apply to orders below HK$699.
Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will process and prepare it within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days.

This policy applies only to orders placed through the official moodytiger Hong Kong online store at moodytiger.hk.
Products purchased from physical retail stores or third-party platforms are not eligible for this online return process. Please contact the original point of purchase for assistance.
Return & Exchange Period
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons and clearance sale regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Clearance items discounted at 50% OFF or more
Underwear, socks, and any altered products
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or missing original tags/packaging
Shipping Fees
For Refunds:
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to our Hong Kong office.
For Exchanges:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. moodytiger will cover the shipping fee for sending the exchanged item back to you (limited to one exchange shipment).
